Products

Are your products organic and/or natural?

~ Blake N Co products are formulated with the highest quality natural ingredients, essential oils and safe preservatives. We try our best to keep things natural, however we do like to add some fragrance oils and/or coloring to some of our products. No worries! Each product page will ALWAYS list every ingredient. You will never have to guess.

How long does it take to see results?

~Most our customers notice some changes within two weeks, if not right away. Skin cells turnover approximately every 28 days. Give it approximately that long. If you're uncertain about the product still after 14 days please contact us and we will be more than willing to help.

I have really sensitive skin, are your products safe?

~Yes. We always recommend spot testing each product first. Our unscented products are 100% natural and all other products about 97% natural. We're confident and stand behind our products.

Are these products safe for babies?

~Yes. We recommend anything unscented for newborns & infants. Children 1 year and up can use scented items.

Are these products better than big commercial brands?

~We think so! Our products are handcrafted daily with the finest ingredients and gentlest preservatives. Due to the nature of our products they are guaranteed fresh for only 6 months post purchase. Think of our products as a raw fresh salad and big commercial brands as frozen processed food. The owner suffered from problematic skin herself, and wants nothing more than to transform your skin.

Are your products tested on animals?

~ No.

Are your products gluten, paraben and sulfate free.

~ Most are! Please check ingredients on product page.

Do your products have an expiration date?

~ Blake N Co products are hand and homemade with mostly natural ingredients. The shelf life is much shorter than commercial products. All products last at least 6 months. 

How should I store my products?

~ For optimum shelf life, keep your products out of extreme temperatures and humidity, and out of direct sunlight. They are best in a cool, dry place.

Do your products help w/skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis?

~Absolutely! Our all natural silk body butter has been known to completely transform your skin!

Orders

How do I change or cancel my order?

~ In order to get orders out to you as quick as possible, orders are processed fairly quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order please email customer service right away. We will do out best to accommodate you.

How do I check the status of my order?

~Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation via email; once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information included. Use this tracking number to keep up with your order while in transit.

 

Refund Policy

Skin care isn't one size fit all. Our products work for most, but we can't guarantee they'll work for you. We have a good feeling they will. Love It or Return It, we just ask that you commit to 60 days before deciding it doesn't work. We want the best for you and your skin. Please contact us at service@blakenco.com for refunds or any concerns.

 

Shipping

Where's my order?

~ All products are handcrafted with love. Processing is normally 2-8 business days. Shipping can vary between 2-3 business days for domestic orders and approximately 2 weeks for international. In most instances you can expect your order in 2 weeks, sometimes much sooner. Shipping time frames are longer during sales and holidays. We work efficiently to ensure the highest order quality and your order arrives in a timely matter. You can log into your account to check the status. If for whatever reason we may have delays, you will be notified. 

Will my whipped body butter arrive melted?

~ Blake N Co does their best to package items so that they arrive to you intact. Our whipped body butter is butter, and it does melt. For that reason, we ship it frozen. If it happens to arrive melted, place in refrigerator. We do not ship Silk Body Butter during summer months.
